2-Way Nursing Call System

Two-way communication nurse call system is available at the bedside when assistance is required at all times. A nurse call bell is also available in the toilet in case of an emergency. The call bell service is free of charge.

Doctors are available 24 hours a day to provide emergency management.

Admission Kit

Patients may choose to bring their own toiletries or pay a minimal charge for an admission kit that comprises:

  • a comb
  • a face towel
  • a neck pouch (for money and mobile phone)
  • a plastic water jug
  • a plastic cup
  • a bottle of shower gel
  • a bottle of shampoo
  • a bottle of talcum powder
  • a toothbrush
  • a toothpaste
  • a roll of toilet paper
  • a packet of facial tissue

Air-Conditioned Room / Ward

The hospital has been upgraded to a 24-hour fully air-conditioned environment.

Beverage / Snack Vending Machines

Beverage/Snack vendor machines are available at our Cafeteria and Ground Floor along the corridor towards the Haemodialysis Unit.

Food Service (No Pork)

The Hospital provides a variety of meal choices to meet the patients’ or lodgers’ medical and preference needs. Meals for lodger will be charged accordingly.

Map trays are available in the trays when food is served in the ward. Do not use hospital kitchenware if you bring in your own food. Kitchen appliances are not allowed in the Hospital premises.

Laundry Service

Pyjamas are provided but patients may bring their own clothing. However, please note that there is no personal laundry service in the Hospital.

Locker Service

We provide Smart Locker to private rooms, 2-bedded rooms & 4-bedded rooms patients. QR code wristbands will be issued to patients to safeguard thier lockers. Any valuable items are to be kept within the Smart Lockers. The hospital however will not be responsible for any losses.

Lockers with keys will also be provided to common ward patients to keep their valuables.

Lodger Allowed

  • Suite/Private Room – Free of charge up to 2 lodgers. 3rd lodger will be charged at the stipulated rates
  • Paediatric Ward – No lodger fees are charged for patients below 13 years old. Lodger for patients above 13 years old will be charged at the stipulated rates
  • Only one lodger is allowed for 2-bedded, 4-bedded and common ward
  • Meals for lodger will be charged accordingly

Medication Service

If you are on any medications, please bring them along and keep them in the original packaging. Please hand over the medications to a member of our nursing staff upon admission.

Parking Autopay Service

Inpatient

Upon arrival at the admission counter, our admission clerks will request patients to pay a deposit of RM 20 for a session card that allows unlimited entries during the stay in the hospital. The relatives of patients could use the session card to visit the patients during the admission period.

Upon discharge, our ward clerks will collect back the session cards and return the RM 20 deposit to the patients. The ward clerks will then issue ‘Exit’ cards for the patients to exit the premises.


Outpatient

Pharmacy cashiers will inform the patients to validate their parking autopay tickets before exiting the buildings. The Hospital charges every outpatient a minimal charge of RM 1 per day. Patients will then make payments at any of the two Parking Autopay Machines.

Otherwise, charges will be made according to the entry time as follows:

Charges:RM1.001st hour or part thereof
 RM1.00Subsequent hour or part thereof
 RM50.00Lost Ticket (Penalty)

The Parking Autopay Machines are available at Ground Floor Pharmacy and the waiting area next to Rehabilitation Centre.

Note:The Management shall not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to the vehicle, its accessories, content or to the person / driver however caused. Parking is at customers’ own risk. Any damages to the parking equipment caused by negligence of customers will be charged. Please lock your vehicle.

Surau

A surau is located at Ground Floor. ‘Kiblat’ signs are available in private rooms and 2-bedded rooms and patients may pray from the ward/room.

Telephone Service

Telephone service at a chargeable rate is available for all single rooms only.

Television

Televisions are provided in private rooms, 2-bedded rooms and 4-bedded rooms. Astro selection channels are available free of charge.

Valuables

For security reason, patients are advised not to bring valuables to the Hospital. The Hospital will not be responsible for any losses.
